Tissue Paper Magic

I really enjoyed this book. I'm a mixed media artist and had never considered the techniques discussed in the book. Easy to read and understand. I'm off to my studio to give this technique a try. Any mixed media artist will enjoy this book!

I never inbreeding tissue paper existed. Needless to say, I've already ordered some. Nice, short introduction to the medium. Easy quick read. Teaches basic methods and has lots of pictures. Hopefully, the reality is as easy as the author describes!

1/30/19 review: I recently purchased Tissue Paper Magic (paperback edition). While it's an attractive little book (with the emphasis on "little"), it's small -- only 6x9 inches -- and contains only 60 pages. The author provides quite a lot of information on supplies and techniques, but still ... $15.95 is a pretty high price for such a small, thin, self-published book. My art/craft library contains nearly 300 books, and nearly all of them are far more substantial than, and cost about the same, as this book. I realize that those who have Kindle can buy this book for under $7, but we don't all have Kindle. This book (in print) should have been priced closer to $10, I think.

Tissue Paper Magic is a beautiful book! It is filled with skills, examples, and information to get you started in this gratifying art form. The author is clear and concise and gets you working on your own projects in no time.

I am going to order the paper today. I may try incorporating this tissue art into my mixed media applications, as well. Great book.

Hard to draw colors. It did not produce vivid ink

Enjoyed reading about a new process with paper. Read on an airplane so didn't take notes. Will try to read one more time.

Nice overview of techniques along with all the info needed to try them out. Plenty of illustrations large enough to see. Lots of projects to try out. Outstanding quality among KindleUnlimited art books. Thank you!
