The item came quickly, rather disappointed at the size, we haven’t installed it because it’s very small and could easily snap.

Nice looking but not great on the sturdiness side.

I really like the look of this pull. However because the pendant is quite heavy overtime it breaks the piece that connects to the chain and there is no way to connect the pendant.

Pretty item for our new bathroom, using as shower pull

This product is not as described. The crystal is stated as 6cm long but it is just over 4.5cm. Virtually a continuation of the chain. Very disappointed.

Got them up on my blinds - hole was too small but manage to use cotton to put them on, do great

Sadly the crystal kept coming off the bottom of the chain. The catch is not strong enough. Not practical however looks nice if it’s just for show
