Does this set have directions for someone just getting started in leather work?

My husband said that there were no directions with the set. He said that he went to utube and got excellent info.

can I use one of these tools for semi-tubular rivets 1/8 and 9/64 bodies?

Do not think it would work too well as the amount of material needs to be pretty precise to make the rivet tight.
