keep their shape and height
These are just excellent - the full sizing when put together as they are made of a hard plastic ( but comfy on the feet). Best worn in boots as this is where i use them and that works out perfectly!

Not for me but may work for you
I have bought a few brands and these are my least favourite. I find them to be rather uncomfortable. However, before you decide not to buy do bear in mind I believe comfort level will be different for everyone. I notice reviews on one brand that are comfortable for me are not comfortable for others. Its a bit of a luck game with these height raisers.

Fits well and comfortable
Fits well. Although I only use 1/3 parts as all stacked together are overkill and won't really fit in most shoes.

Does the job
I know its naughty but we used these in my boys shoes just to push him up 3/4 of a CM so he could join in on his sisters birthday trip to Thorpe Park
