i'm a repeat buyer. It's convenient to mix as needed or toss into a smoothie. It's healtheir because it's lower in saturated fat than most peanut butter. Yes, it's a little bland compared to the stuff in jars, because that has so much salt and sugar. You could add that if you like, but i like it just as is.

I am on my second large tub. I love this. Makes a smooth creamy nut butter. Great with plain Greek yogurt and a little honey. Spread on apples or put a dollop in the middle of dates. Great in smoothies and on ice cream.

I wanted a clean protein powder without all the added sugar, fat, and ingredients. This is THE one! I use a bigger scoop to increase the protein content and just mix it with some milk. I won't ever look back!
