Great quick reference
I purchased these for my day pack and first aid kit. I wanted to have information readily available to anyone in the event of an emergency. These are super handy, virtually take up no space. It is sturdy as it is not a regular brochure type of paper. It has a coating on it that will help keep its shape and color.

Very complete and comprehensive.
I intended to use this on a bike trip, but it was too big to put in my handlebar bag and I was afraid it would get messed up (torn) in the panniers. I now keep it in my vehicle for easy reference.

Needs updating
The advise for CPR is dated. They no longer recommend the breaths, just compressions

CPR - Rescue Breaths ARE Necessary
One reviewer said the info in this is outdated because compression only CPR is now recommended. I’m a CPR/First Aid Instructor and want to clarify. Compressions PLUS Rescue Breaths are ALWAYS best. Compression only CPR is for an untrained person where doing something is better than nothing. However, if you’re trained in CPR you know Rescue Breaths are crucial if you want to increase the patient’s chance of survival. Compression only will circulate what oxygen is left in the blood; no new oxygen coming in from Rescue Breaths means compressions alone become ineffective.

Terrific product for our first aid kit
To have something like this so vital. Some situations can be life-threatening, so being able to grab this without having to pull out a booklet, trying to find the right section for your emergency, then read the small print, you can just grab it, shake it out flat and go right to the section for your emergency. This guide is laminated so it will last for some time. It is clearly pictured, so it's easy to find the section you need.
