We have already used quite a bit of this and I have to say it is very good quality. When we first opened the package. it smelled even BETER than the fresh cilantro plant I had purchased and used a few months prior. We love to use it on naan and in lots of Mexican dishes too. The quality and color are excellent, especially for the price. Great buy.

Using for salsas and Oriental dishes during COVID-19 times when fresh is more difficult to obtain. A milder flavor that developed with hydration so maybe steep a little before using as a garnish and use liberally if using in a “wet” dish. One note, if someone in your household doesn’t like cilantro because it tastes “ soapy “ this isn’t like fresh that way so maybe everyone can enjoy!

This does not smell or taste like cilantro. It is flavorless. I was hoping for an emergency dried supply when I was out of fresh.

As in the title, there was no Cilantro flavor or even smell... Not even mild. Was hoping to have a dried version on hand but this was moot.

You get a lot for size. It's packed in there. Dry, but what are you expecting. I use it in detox shakes with blueberries and a lime.

This is wonderful on everything ,pot roast turned out very tasty.

I make a killer Thai (Thom Kai Kai) Chicken, Coconut Milk, Fresh Lime Juice, Lemon Grass, Galanga, Fish Sauce, etc. When I use fresh Cilantro, I have to remove the leaf from the stem. A real time consuming task. With dried cilantro I just toss it in. Regards, John
