Definitely worth it, requires water or sand
The media could not be loaded. Amazing very durable product, you can adjust the high as well as its easily transportable. Does require water or sand for base, highly would recommend sand, due to the water evaporating. Home Depo sells 50 lbs of sand for approximately $12. Reflex bar is limited to 250 lbs at the base.

Fantastic quality
I was a little skeptical due to some of the lower reviews, but it’s honestly great. It came in, was easy to install, and nothing is flimsy as some of the others were saying. Totally worth it. Maybe they just got unlucky?

Do not waste your money
If there were a choice to put zero stars that’s what this product deserves. This product is absolutely horribly engineered. The product is so unstable that it’s almost impossible to get a work out on it. I have purchased many products from title in the past and this is by far their worst products. The customer service is giving me such a hard time aboutReturning the product that I will probably never buy from title again

The spring threads.
Don't make the mistake of screwing the top in before putting the arm on. Once its screwed on it doesn't come off. There is no turning back.

Improve your reaction time
Love it . It really helps sharpen your reaction time , by ducking, blocking or stepping back to avoid the revolving arm, great product.

Great but not durable
The pole when you start to hit starts to come out of the holding case on the bottom. I usually tap it back down in with a hammer then continue training. I love this thing I wish it was designed better . The punching head on top also came off when I hit it a few times. Great workout but will not last , unfortunately. I still use it but have the hammer ready to tap everything back into place .
