Billy Graham's newest book is quite unique. But for those who have studiedThe Story here at La Habra Hills Presbyterian Church, it will be a rewardingreview of both the upper story and the lower story.The plan of the book is to gather information and biblical truth from every book of the Bible from the beginning to the end. Each of the 36 brief chapters is given a proper title. And interestingly enough, each title includes one of the following three words - "Eternal," "Eternity," or "Forever." Following each chapter title is a short subtitle and the name of the Bible book(s) which serves as a basis for the stories, comments, and proclamations which follow. The next item, which appears before the text itself, is a verse or verses from that particular book.This welcome Bible survey highlights not only biblical stories such as the story of Nehemiah, but also personal remembrances of the famous evangelist and comments on contemporary life in American culture.Chapter 14 may be considered an example of all of the other chapters. It bears the title "Everlasting Love" with its subtitle "Tears that Speak." The reference to the books of Jeremiah and Lamentations leads to the two selected introductory versesJeremiah 31:3, "I have loved you with an everlasting love," and Lamentations 3:22 and 5:19, "His compassions fail not. . . . You, O Lord, remain forever."Throughout the five pages of this chapter on God's love, the reader is reminded of the almost fifty years that Jeremiah pronounced God's judgment on the people if they did not repent. The truth is, it was not a popular message and the people did not respond well. However, God never gave up, continually speaking to His people,"I have loved you with an everlasting love," Jeremiah 31:3."When we read of God's justice, it is justice tempered with love. When we read of God's righteousness, it is righteousness founded on love. When we read of God's atonement for sin, it is atonement necessitated because of His love, provided by His love, finished by His love. When we read of the resurrection of Christ, we see the miracle of His love. When we read about the abiding presence of Christ, we know the power of His love. When we read about the return of Christ, we long for the fulfillment of His love."

Absolutely the clearest presentation of God's gift of salvation, heaven and rewards for Christians. Also, the clearest warning against self-deception and thinking you are going to heaven when you are facing an eternity in Hell. Dr. Graham's words are extremely clear, compelling and loving. He wrote this book so each of us can know with certainty the love of God through His Son, Jesus. I've never read a book where every word was so carefully chosen and each sentence makes such a tremendous a life impact! Wow!

I loved reading Billy Graham's explanation of the gospel message because he speaks in simple language yet explains the great truths of salvation using so many scriptures from both old & new testament. He reminds us to live consecrated before our heavenly father. It can only be done by grace & faith in His Word. A good reminder no matter how long you've been walking with the Lord. I know he is rejoicing now that he went home!!!

Mr Grahams' last book will point you straight to the Bible to find all of the answers to life's hard questions. He lays out the questions and provides the answers with Bible verses to back them up. I have been a Christian for many years but by reviewing the important issues that arise in our daily lives, Mr. Graham has given me new insight into the scriptures and God's meaning of them. I would suggest this book to anyone searching for answers to finding God and to living a meaningful life for him. You learn something new everyday. May GOD bless Mr. Graham and his ministry.

This is an excellent book, Billy Graham at 95yrs expressing his love for the Lord Jesus Christ and his looking forward to being with Him. "Where I am" are the words of Christ to His disciples that those who love Him will one day be with Him. Billy Graham expresses his complete confidence in the Word of God. There is no equivocation, there is a Heaven and Hell, Heaven for those who love Christ and Hell for those who reject Him. There is no harshness or coldness in these statements but a longing for sinners to turn to the Saviour. Billy Graham may have made some suspect statements years ago regarding salvation but there is nothing of such ambiguity in this book. One can only feel a real affection for him as a faithful servant of Christ.

This is such inspiring and uplifting read as Mr Graham takes you through the whole Bible book by book showing the eternalisity of the holy scriptures. A great spiritual feast.

This is a great book by a great man of God. A worthwhile read for Christians and people who are not Christians as it answers questions truthfully and in a way that is easy to understand. Definitely recommend it.

Wonderful book. An essential for every Christian's household to have (and non Christian) It is totally in agreement with the Bible as usual and you can never fault Billy Graham's teaching

Wonderful teaching, a glorious preview of heaven,from one of the worlds greatest preachers, a must read for every Christian. Very moving book.
