Usb cable missing
Box doesn't contain usb cable. Port on the scanner is not micro usb. Its some old school port, i even don't know the name. I am upset with this product. Support team if you read this feedback please reach out to me, need help in getting usb cable.

This product works great! Very easy operation, 600dpi provides great resolution for my documents. Software needed to transfer .jpg to .pdf format. Quality build. Very satisfied.
