FEEO Voltage monitoring relay provides and automatic over-voltage & under-voltage protection. This device will disconnect utility power if voltage goes over 270V or goes below 170V protecting your precious and expensive electronics devices connected to utility lite from low/high voltage. The device would automatically reconnect grid when voltage is between 170-270V. After disconnection, it will connect back only after 60 seconds to avoid any damage due to brownouts. The device also has inbuilt voltmeter showing real-time voltage readings. Had always power cut due to inaccurate and unreliable.
I brought this device for over voltage cut off - this device used to cut off power even for 250Vac [displaying 290V in place of 250V] and my house had power cut always. The rated over voltage is 270V but after using it for a month this started showing exorbitant high voltage and had power cut always. Not a reliable product. I do not recommend this product as it is not accurate and reliable.

not withstanding power fluctuations for long

Not full protection.
Reaction/Response time for the purpose is not good enough. Not effective for sudden changes in the voltage/current.
