Yuasa Customer Service is great.
Unfortunately my battery was delivered cracked. Most likely due to someone dropping it while during delivery. I usually get Yuasa batteries for my bikes and have always been pleased. The customer service from Yuasa was fast and took care of my problem, so for that, and for the many times I have purchased Yuasa I will still give them 5 stars. (Maybe some bubble wrap taped around the battery box would have prevented it from cracking during delivery.)

BEST BATTERY
If you know you know, Yuasa is the best battery out there. Only needs 5 or 6 hours of charging before installation.

The battery lasted for 1 year, now it is done.
Purchased the battery in March 2022, as per July 2023 the battery is gone. Can't start my Goldwing if left overnight.Never was frozen, stored in heated garage. Over winter terminals were disconnected, but the battery still were barely alive (not enough to start the engine) after 5 month of winter storage.
