It is for marine use, support NMEA0183 18months warranty start from date of shipment

Q: Will this work with and XLR connection?

It come with open end , without connector. You can make the XLR connector by yourself.

Q: What is the maximum wind speed measurement that this unit is capable of?

The maximum wind speed of KW360 is 60m/s.

Q: 1) What is the measurement accuracy? 2) What is the maximum sample rate? 3) Can the device be operated hand-held or must it be pole-mounted?

1) Wind Speed accuracy is +-2% at 12m/s , Wind Direction accuracy is +- 3 degree at 12m/s 2) refresh rate is 1Hz 3) we not suggest hand-held, will make the sample not accurate
