The product description states there is a 3-year product warranty. Good luck trying to contact them. There is no contact information through Amazon (I even called Amazon customer support and they confirmed this), and there is no contact information shipped with the product.The 40-Port charger is a good product, I have two, but they don't charge 40 phones at once. I have issues with one where a few ports just don't perform as well as the others. The second one is solid.

I run a VR tour with 100 headsets that I have to charge simultaneously. The process SUCKS, to say the least. This definitely gave me a simple plug & play option. It's still cumbersome but at least it's easier than it used to be. I've left this charging overnight and it was fine. The box is a bit heavy but it's definitely worth it. Would (and likely will) buy again!

I do charge many things at once,iPads, iPhones, android devices and so on. I bring this along with me to my meetups/party gatherings of 50 plus people.It is a very useful device to use that will allow 40 items to be charged at once, while only taking one outlet vs multiple outlets.The only bad thing is how loud the fan can be. Do not get me wrong, it is mostly quiet, however I wonder if it is a flaw with my unit, as it has a tendency to make a raffling noise after a while. Not a big deal, but I am picky person. So what I did as a work around is put a little weight on the back of the charger and it solves this issues for me.Besides for the fan doing a light rattle from time to time. The product works as advertised.
