Major disappointment and waste of time and money
I fell really hard for the product concept until I received it in the mail and installed it, this is were all the drama begins. Immediately the device showed some glitchs. I was tremendously disappointed and flustered. To make matters worse I could not even get in contact with a rep. via phone. I hate after purchasing such an expensive item and there is not tech team to assist... most dreadful and complex predicament. After dealing with this device a few weeks it totally stop working as it was intended to. Now I am devastated and broken hearted. Good idea and amazing if it worked.

Hope you do not need to contact customer service
Although I did not purchase from amazon I did find out about the product from them. I purchased directly from Dream Screen. That being said I would have given Dream Screen a better review than 2 stars if their customer service was better. Great product when it works properly. I currently have two dream screens in my house. One HD kit and one 4K kit with two side kicks. Both hubs had software issues and after countless emails back and forth they decided their product was defective. Unfortunately they DO NOT have a live customer service center. Only via email, so when there is an issue you have to email them and wait. The product is expensive therefore I was expecting it to work properly. With the 4K kit it gets even more discouraging. When the 4K kit arrived it was a week before Thanksgiving. I was getting no video so I reluctantly wrote an email. After 12 emails it was determined yet again, software and they were sending another hub. Unfortunately this time they were backed up due to Black Friday. I received an email on December 4th saying I needed to Waite approximately 2 more weeks for my order to even be fulfilled. Basically I have a $300 useless light system sitting on my coffee table waiting for them to catch up. I’m a firm believer in customers should be taken care of first, especially return customers. Great product when it works and you don’t have to contact their customer service.
