Nice looking lights
The pendant looks great. The item was well packaged. The craftsmanship seems strong, however the prongs that hold the glass are not straight, so some of the glass when hanging are not straight and either stick out/in too much at an angle. The metal prongs are really strong so bending them in or out to straighten them was not an option.

Beautiful light fixture
It’s a beautiful light fixture. I absolutely recommend. I have to add that we ran into an issue with a part that needed replacement. I am so impressed by the customer service I received from this company. Always responded quickly and problem solved, honestly made everything so simple. I wish all vendors would treat their customers with such professionalism. Great experience overall.

Outstanding customer service
Beautiful lights that added just the right touch of industrial elegance to our kitchen. A few of the glass panes arrived damaged, customer service was excellent and sent replacements out immediately.

Beautiful pendant lights
I absolutely love these lights. They are perfect for hanging over my 6 foot Island. And they look more beautiful then in the picture. Very well made. I get lots of compliments on them.

Nice clean lines.
The installation was straight forward. It appears to be a quality light fixture that will hold up over time. I used Edison-type LED bulbs, 40W equivalent. Adding a dimmer was essential to our enjoyment of the new light. I recommend the light without reservation.

Heavy, not as rustic looking as expected

Gorgeous results! But a two person install.
Love this chandelier! We live in Arizona and have a modern southwest vibe feel to our home. It has enough charm of the old world, but definitely not “old”. It’s a show stopper for sure. The light reflections are gorgeous!Was easy to put together, but it is a two person job. It was up in just less than an hour.
