The product is exactly what it says - a protein suppliment. It has a nice vanilla flavor and dissolves easily in liquid UNDER 130 degrees. If over 130 it clots or clabbers in the liquid. It's great for people on dialysis. However, the product is too expensive to ship. $10 per container - in ONE box. I've found other suppliers who charge NO shipping for dialysis patients.
