Purchased 2 of the #40 purple scoops to try out for my business and was highly disappointed. These are utter crap! One arrived in an already opened box and the mechanism inside the scoop was bent. These are very cheaply made for the price, handles on both are loose and I can't see how they would hold up to scooping anything! It states in the description that refunds and returns are accepted on this product but when you try to do a return it states they are not eligible for returns or refunds. Contacted Amazon with my issue and was told I could trash it or donate it, they don't want it back and would issue a full refund.

I love this scoop and it is really easy to use and clean. As a student in a culinary school I use it a lot. No signs of wear. Same brand as a lot of my teachers who swear by them and have been using them for many years. Will buy again in different sizes and suggest you do the same

Works fine but the handle, but this one has a removable handle that constantly unscrews while using it

I bought this to replace some dishers I'd lost in a house fire. They function great, but the handles are a little short, even with me having smallish hands

I bought this for my daughter because we make the bakesless drop cookies. It scoops out so easy and makes the perfect size.
