Not warm enough for downhill skiing in Minnesota.

The leather is soft and initially a bit of a tight feeling, but it stretches nicely upon first time use. I would not recommend to buy a bigger size just because it is tight at first. The inner lining is very soft. There is lots of flexibility in fingers which makes it easier to handle poles and grab others. The length is perfect if you are looking to cover two to three fingers above the sleeves and not at the wrist. The elastic band around each glove is a plus since it allows your wrist to move while having the glove secured to your hand. The color white feels sexy and interesting. I wished it had a bit more of a warm effect on my tips of fingers. I suffer of Raynaud's and on severe cold freezing weather, just not enough. At least, this is how I felt in the high mountains of Utah. I am still looking for that thermostatic "heating" glove that is not stiff nor sacrifices beauty.

My 15 year old daughter has very long fingers. We liked the gore-tex dakine gloves, but the women's L (largest dakine size) was too small. Tried Burton women's XL...also too small. Men's gloves have too much volume in the palm area. Anyway, the Hestra gloves size 9 fit my daughter perfectly. Not too big in the palm, fingers just the right length. They are more expensive than the others, but fit is important for warmth and comfort.

These came highly recommended by the ski patrol here in Steamboat as well as other friends. They are nice and long to keep snow out when sledding. They are very warm yet not bulky. The best part is the attached elastic wrist band which keeps you from dropping/losing a glove when you're not wearing them.

Sealed them up with sno-seal before heading off to Iceland and they performed well! Removable lining means fast drying, and I was able to throw a Hot Hands pack in as needed without having it against my skin.

These gloves keep my hands comfortable when I'm shoveling snow or walking my dog in the coldest weather. Yay!

Wore these on Northern Lights hunt in Finland backcountry. Kept my hands so warm - during 6-7 hours of freezing temps.

I really like these gloves. They have a great wrist strap to keep out snow and cold air! Really warm!

Super angenehme Handschuhe, welche warme aber nicht verschwitzte Hände garantieren

Ich habe diese Hestra Handschuhe als Ersatz für meine alten Hestras gekauft, da ich von drr Wualität der Marke überzeugt war. Nach 18 Jshren und intensivem Einsatz brauchte ich mal was neues.Die Heli Gloves haben zwei Wochen bei bis zu -24°C hervorragend gemeistert. Der Innenhandschuh lässt sich einfach rausnehmen und einzeln trocknen. Den Außenhandschuh hatte ich als Windschutz auch mal über den dünneren Langlaufhandschuhen an. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Produkt und hoffe, dass es mir wieder 18 Jahre Freude bereitet :-)

Top Handschuhe

Sehr warmer Handschuh. Angenehm zu tragen. Leider löst sich die Oberfläche des Leders bereits nach kurzer Zeit vom Ski- bzw. Snowboardtragen. Sehr ärgerlich für einen hochwertigen Handschuh.

Ich (typisch Mann ;-) habe beim bestellen nicht aufgepasst und eben das Damenmodell bestellt und kann sagen kein Problem ich verwende schon seit Jahren Hestra handschuhe und dieses paar macht der gewohnten Qualität kein Abbruch. Solide verarbeitet, Bequemer sitz, angenehm warm ohne das man ins schwitzen kommt und Griffgefühl ist super.
