This book was really beneficial for my child, helping to improve social and emotional wellbeing.

Bought for my 2 and 4 year olds and although it's aimed at a higher age group, they both love it and it stimulates a lot of discussion.

I bought this book for my 3 yr old grandson. Maybe he will get it more when he is older, but for now he loves reading through it with me. The colours and pictures are very bright and we can talk about the pictures and the feelings .He does enjoy all books and is very interested in it.I'm sure this book will be kept for many generations, and will help at different ages, as it can be adapted with the different age groups.

My 3 and 5 yo found this book engaging and understood the message. Glad I bought.

Got this for my granddaughter who was struggling to understand her and others feelings. Reading through the book has helped her understand why she feels certain ways

Bought this for my 8 year old son, a great book with some interactive pages.. He enjoyed discussing how he might be feeling with the different scinarios. I would recommend this book. I definitely feel its a book worth having. Will come in again for my younger son. Lovely illustrations, will be purchasing all about families next time!

What a wonderful book. Purchased for my 9 year old daughter just to help her deal with understanding her feelings and feelings of others. We both absolutely loved it and it triggered off conversations which I know helped my little one express her feelings. It has small activities inside which she really liked. This book in my opinion is wonderful and a must for little ones helping them deal with new emotions and feelings.

Awesome book with great strategies and examples on ‘big feelings’ for kids, preteens and teens in some cases tbh. I love the the little activities and how interactive the writing is. Have the other two, families and friends in the range as well

Highly recommend this book for all ages- even adults. Extremely helpful at identifying emotions and feelings tied to them! I have used with my young kids as going through a divorce. This has helped up communicate and identify where these feelings are coming from. It was put together so well that my 5 year old was able to communicate clearly where his feelings were coming from! Any one going through stuff with littles needs to have this book on hand!

Usborne does it again! Great book all about feelings. My 2 year old is a little on the young side for some of the more difficult pages but I can see is reading it for years!
