Cuddledown Soft Pillow, King

I needed a new feather pillow because my old one was literally falling apart. I didn't want any kind of polyester or other unnatural filling because they just don't feel right. This one is pretty comfortable, if a little bit too thick. I can still punch it around to make it cradle my head and neck comfortably. I've had it for about a month now, and it's getting better. I wake up feeling rested, with no neck pain. At first the pillow was a little crinkly and crispy, and I'd feel the stiff feathers inside. But that's definitely getting better as time goes on. Overall I'm pretty happy with this pillow, and considering how picky I am about my pillows, that's a good recommendation. I don't think I could have found a better one without spending a whole lot more money.

I have had this pillow for months now. I absolutely loved this pillow when I got it. It was perfect for me, so much so, I got one for my Dad and he felt the same way. It's months down the road now and I can tell the pillow is breaking down. It is still my favorite pillow, but it requires some arranging. While sleeping, the stuffing migrates out from under my head and to the edges of the pillow. At least once a night, I have to fluff some stuffing back under my head. I wish it had stayed in it's new condition longer, but I still like it better than any other I've tried.

Admittedly, I am a pillow snob!! For years we had down pillows purchased for less than $20/ea. It was time to replace them so I purchased these pillows thinking they would be the fluffy, soft cloud like my current pillows and like the ones found in most hotels. NOT the case in my opinion. The pillow is of good quality, however, they are very FIRM.. If you like a firm pillow then this is a very nice item for you. However, if you are like me wanting a fluffy cloud like feel you can sink into....I personally feel you will be truly as disappointed as I. I would not purchase these pillows again nor would I purchase for our guest room replacements.

I got up every morning with neck pain, didn't sleep well at night and thought it might be the old pillow I had for over 5 years. I always sleep well at the nice hotel, found out many nice hotels were using Cuddledown pillow. I didn't have any thing to lose and tired of getting up with neck pain, so I ordered one to try. My neck pain STOP after the 3rd nights with this Cuddledown pillow. It was getting less pain from the 1st day. I needed 2nd opinion to make sure it wasn't my imagination, so I got one for my best friend without giving any information. He has neck pain for many years. The 2nd days he called and asked where can he get one more for his friend, He loves it. This is truly worth more than money paid. Best pillow!

They don't hold up forever but these are pretty comfortable pillows with just the right amount of support - I don't like a pillow that's too high, as it hurts my neck. We keep buying this brand because it's the best we found at this price. I'm not sure if paying more would get me a longer-lasting pillow, but I have to replace them every couple years.

Pillow would be comfortable if there were more of it. Should have bought a king size to fit a standard case. Since there is so little stuffing it quickly flattens. Wish I hadn't thrown out the invoice or I would return it.Update: Took me a long time to get used to this pillow. So different from the feather pillows that I've had over the years. I'm now very happy with it and am ordering another in queen size.

I purchased this pillow because of 2 things. The price and the reviews. Don't get me wrong, the pillow is comfortable 80% of the time. The other 20% feels as if a battalion of tiny archers are raining arrows upon my back and shoulders. I feel as if this problem could be mended with a slightly thicker fabric.. All and all, a decent pillow for the price.

The good: The pillow is well made and the filling is soft. The packaging is quite nice for the price and the pillow fluffs up nicely.The bad: Way way way too soft, at least for me. This pillow offers zero support and you will barely notice it behind you head when you lay down. The only thing I notice is the pillow that now surrounds the side of my face. If you are a side sleep then keep looking as this will not provide any level of support. I like a soft pillow but this is taking it to the extreme.Looks like this pillow is now destined for the guest room bed.
