Can’t ever be underprepared
Haven’t tried obviously but for the price point and reviews looks like quality packaging and bucket. Good choice for price.

Easy Meal Prep or Emergency Meals
While I bought this for our emergency kit (we live in tornado alley), I know friends and family that use this for easy meals. No mess: just add water and you're done! The shelf life is fantastic: 20-25 years.I tried a few of the items. They're not the most flavorful, but the goal here is easy calories. It's better than a candy bar or fast food. I'm keeping some of these in my desk for when I can't get out for a decent meal and get tempted to eat something unhealthy. My major complaint is the sodium which was pretty high, but that's common with processed foods.

Good product overall
This appears to be an Amazon brand only emergency food supply. The 16 pouch items come in a sturdy white bucket and a 25yr shelf life stamp with the actual manufacture date (mine was Nov 2018).On the back label, you can see the product is manufactured by Blue Chip Group, which is also the company that manufactures the Augason Farms food storage kit. This is where the comparisons can start as they make an almost identical product under that brand and label it as a 72hr 4 Person bucket (albeit that bucket has a 20yr shelf life vs 25) If you do quick math, you realize that 14 days for 1 person is close to 3 days for 4 persons... The menu item are VERY similar as well, as they include the same pouches. The main difference being that this product includes 1 pouch of Banana Chips , 2 pouches of Spanish Rice and 1 pouch of powdered Milk. Vs 2 Pouches of Instant Potatoes & 3 pouches of Instant Milk. The rest is the same.So this bucket has a bit more variety . The only thing that seems a bit off is the price. It is about 25% more expensive than the other bucket by the same manufacturer. Whether the added meal variety is worth that price difference is up to you to decide!

Excellent
This is one of those products you hope you will never need. The packets of food come in a very sturdy bucket with lid. It appears you could knock it around quite a bit and not damage it. The food contents sound good and each meal provides 1800 plus calories, which is sufficient to keep adults working and, well, fighting for survival.I recommend this and I’ll be getting more buckets.
