This blanket was/is a lifesaver. I was having some massive anxiety issues and has several flights lined up. I have a large weighted blanket at home that I use daily and desperately wanted to take it with me on my trips. Taking my home weighted blanket would not be an option. It’s too large and weighs 20lbs. When I received this blanket I was impressed by the quality of the construction and softness. The size and weight is perfect for travel and for home use. I find the weight and size just as comforting as my large home weighted blanket. It comes with a bag that the blanket easily folds into. The blanket is large enough to lay over my chest and lap area. The only issue (which is not an issue with the blanket) is airport security. I do not have precheck and this blanket was pulled aside each time I went through security. I tried going through security with it in my carry on and my bag was pulled aside and fully unpacked and searched. I tried taking it out of my carry on and put it separate but it was still pulled aside and wiped down. I think it must look “weird” going through the X-ray. I would not hesitate to purchase this blanket.

I have ADHD, anxiety and autism. All my senses are happy with this weighted blanket! It's soothing to run my fingers across the material because it's as soft as an animal and I can draw little designs in the blanket. The sound of the beads falling can be mistaken for rushing water and it's odorless right out of the box. I'm terrified of the dentist, so when I visit them, I always ask for a couple of the led vests because they calm me. This blanket has the same calming effect. Folded in half on my lap, it helps keep me from getting out of my seat for online classes. Full size weighted blankets were too heavy for my back and ankles, but this little one is perfect. I walk around my home with it thrown over my shoulders, which feels like a big hug from behind. I highly recommend this blanket for those with sensory issues or anxiety, or people who just need a hug sometimes.

My new favorite blanket! This blanket is extremely soft! Most weighted blankets use a non soft textured fabric that’s okay but the fabric of this blanket is very comfortable. It’s just the right size for hanging around your shoulders. It weighs 8 pounds which is a nice weight, not as heavy as full size blankets but that is what makes it perfect for travel. I will definitely bring this on the plane to help with the stress that comes about flying.

I like this weighted lap blanket and take it to travel as i sleep better with it in hotel rooms. But ... it is heavy to travel with and you have to plan accordingly when you fly! Plus, the beads cause it to shift in the night. I sleep well until I move and then I have to pretty much wake up and get it reorganized.

Nice little blanket, the size is perfect for a lap blanket for the office, it’s very soft. I didn’t like how the glass beads balls up together inside. I purchased a weighted blanket form my local ShopRite and the weights I can hardly feel them inside, it’s evenly distributed. I wish they have this without weights.

I love the size and the feel of the weight on my shoulders. I bought this little blanket because the feel of a full size blanket is too much for me, but this size is perfect. My legs are free to move, my body doesn’t feel weighted down so much it can’t move, and the weight is where I need it - right around my arms and shoulders. I’ve slept better, I’ve been able to relax more, and it’s small enough I can take it with me when I leave and allow my son to use it on his lap when he needs it, too.

This blanket is exactly what's advertised. It's a perfect size for your lap or to put around your shoulders. Heavy enough to feel the pressure yet small enough to carry. It is very soft. Would be nice if it came in another color (like pink).

The media could not be loaded. This is amazing! The quality is extremely great, I can feel how soft and comfortable it is! I always like to be lazy on my sofa after work, but sometimes I need something to warm me up since I don't like to turn on the heat all the time. This blanket works perfectly for me, easy to carry and also very warm enough. If you are looking for the high quality blanket, here you go, you won't go wrong with this product.
