Epazote Leaves

Fresh leaves is what I want, but is a good runner up

I use it when I am making beans. It helps to remove the gas from the beans. It's a great product.

NOTE the pack size before you order!!!! It was my own mistake but when I spotted this when looking for Epazote I ordered, but didn't the size and so was shocked when it arrived and is only a 10g pack...yes that's right a 10g pack for £7.45 - that works out at the best part of £75 per 100g, which is almost 20 times more expensive than most other online retailers (for Epazote leaves not this particular product). Hence you can guess that I won't be buying this again. I have given 2 stars as the leaves are OK but do not warrant the extortionate price.

This is a fantastic herb to use with beans. It’s the only herb (I’ve used) that prevents bloating and gas when I cook it with beans (any kind of bean). I’ve tried asofeoteida (which is also good but leaves a sour aftertaste) and kombu strips too. Epazote beats them all hands down. I heaped teaspoon in a pot of beans does the job. Thanks for supplying it!

Huge thanks to the Seasonal Pioneers for making this very fantastic healthy herb available. I was looking for it everywhere in the shops in London couldn't find it.the package of 10 gr Epazote leaves herbs which was very smart came with a Worldwide seasoning reference Guide, I love it and I'll keep it in my bookshelf.I believe Seasonal Pioneers respect both, their business and costumers satisfaction and for this reason I would like to show my respect to them by adding them to my favorite shopping list!
