Anyone found cutter insert replacements that fit? zacx, can you provide the relevant specifications for replacement cutter inserts?

Dear friend, please contact ZACX service by amazon email. If your order is within a year, they'll give you a free replacement

Do you sell pliers separately? That is all I needed

They seem generic and in many many different packs and combinations. There is one that sells pliers alone, but it's also roughly the same price. I didn't have any use for the fish grabber either. I still don't fully understand what it's for. When you see how big the thing is, it makes even less sense.

Are these made in China?
