Works well with a few modifications
I need this for a rescue kitten (3 months) who has ringworm. We have an indoor kitty who is 20 years old and could not keep little JellyBean near her inside and had him in a large kennel in our detached garage apartment while he is being treated before adoption. This enclosure allowed us to give him more play area, things to look at, plus less area to keep clean indoors. The set up was relatively easy but a few spots were difficult to line up without forcing. Zip ties were needed to tighten some gaps and reinforce others, it was good that they are included. The platforms say they can be adjusted, but in reality, the are really only a few places where they can go that allow the doors to swing easily. No problem, really. Placement seems to be good. I like the side low door to get to the litter box and the 2 front doors are great also as sometimes one door is better to add food or a toy.Because Jelly is so young and spastic, I didn't like the grates and was concerned about the size and him possibly getting a leg or paw stuck or twisted. I also didn't like the idea of him laying on wire. It would probably be fine, but I personally wouldn't want to lay on wire. So we placed smooth platforms from another enclosure on top of 2 and attached cardboard on the third platform. This allows him to chill where he wants and he seems to like all equally. We also placed a coco fiber outdoor mat on the bottom so he can lay on that or scratch. Its easy to shake out and doesn't take up all the space on the bottom. We also bought a few door hanging scratch pads and secured them on the ladders. This lets hom get a good grip as he be-bops around like a crazy kitten. And although he is under a canopy on our patio, we added a small tarp for added shade when the sun comes from a weird angle. (I try to think of everything and it drives my husband nuts. But if we were going to take care of this little guy, I wanted to provide the best space)All in all, it is working out okay. Its been about a week and a few spots show rust where the enamel was thin or rubbed away by opening and closing. Theres a lot of choices on the market and the prices vary so much, its hard to know what to expect. But for our needs and for our happy little JellyBean, I do recommend this. I just suggest a few modifications to enhance it for an active & curious kitten.

Easy up, easy down, solid customer care.
It’s smaller than you think. It accomplishes what I need but I actually ended up putting both my cages together so my cats felt like it was a larger space. My other cage is bigger in every way, but this one was designed better for the most part. My review is how it works for a 10lb catThe goodIt has ramps, which are very nice for my elderly cats. I added plush pads on the ledges because this whole cage is wire and neither of my cats like walking or laying on wire. It has enough platforms and just enough room for a corner litter box at the bottom. I added bowls that attack to the wires so they are secure abd mildly space saving. Customer care is legit, I had some issues that they tried to help me out with. Ultimately I chose to deal on my own but they were willing to send a new cage, and wanted to ensure I was happy. To me that kind of customer care is worth gold. The badThe wires, no covers for the platforms, no cover for the bottom, I ended up buying Velcro pads for the platforms and cutting cardboard for the ramps. I used a water catcher from my water station as the bottom (which fit perfectly). It’s a bit cramped, an inch or two makes a huge difference, this cage was only an inch or two smaller than the other cage each direction but it feels significantly more when you are comparing cat comfort and maneuver ability. With my cage it looks like it got damaged in shipping, couple of doors were bent and a couple of the ramps too. I was able to rig them up, but worth noting that the seller was willing to replace the entire unit for me.Bottom lineUltimately it does what I need it to do. It’s a fold up cage that is uber easy to put up or take down and will store nicely once I don’t need it any longer. It’s easy to clean, and allows for flexibility on how the interior is set up. Customer care is solid.

Good product for the price
I think this is a great product for the price. It holds up to my 20+ pound cat although there is some flex in there platforms. I wish the platforms were bigger. My cat refuses to use the ramps and prefers to jump from platform to platform and they seem to be fairly small for him. Also I had to cover all the surfaces with blankets or Dyson as it was very uncomfortable for him to step on the grid. It is fairly easy to clean, I placed puppy pads in the bottom tray to make it easier to clean up what messes and his litter box. I could see how it could be difficult to clean with the smallness of the doors however I have not had an issue with this yet.

WORK IN PROGRESS
Best feature for me is the 3 doors - would prefer the bottom doors to be opposite of each other but can't have everything. Good for two cats BUT not mine as it is not geared for a 20 pound cat (not overweight-he is huge. I appreciate the zip strips to help secure but they snap very easily with a two ton cat who likes to jump from the bottom to the top. Need to find a better way to stabilize the panels as they easily come out of the wire fittings on the cage (and this is why I believe size matters). If my cats were normal size, I would like to believe this would be perfect.

Nice size for a temporary home for a cat
I bought these because they are supposed to fold flat and I will be using them as temporary homes when I have extended trips ( 2 to 4 week stays) with my cats. The only way I can figure out how to get them to fold flat is to dismantle them. That may be because my sons were helping me. I'm going to keep them and use them, but we used a lot of small zip-ties to make everything stable.

Working Great
We rescued two kittens left behind our fence and needed a place to house them away from our three dogs. The kittens love their "condo" and make use of all the ramps, levels, etc. We cut a dog pad in half to create pillows for two of the levels and they sleep there or in the hammock that came with the cage. I did hot glue hand towels over the ramps since their paws are still pretty small (they were a bit fearful of the wires) and now they run up and down them like crazy. Great purchase!
