Perfect for Coring Cabbage Heads
I couldn't believe how well this cabbage corer works. I bought it for my church kitchen since we have to core 185 pounds of cabbage heads at a time. We make a lot of stuffed cabbage! Everyone who tried it, loved it so much better than our old way of using sharp knives. I need to order another one!

tool is to thin, blade bends when inserted into cabbage, the shape is fine but the steel they are using should be at three times thicker
