HanesWomens Wear Around Nightshirt

I bought the pink, purple and blue ones. The pink and purple ones are very comfortable, but there is something weird about the blue one. It feels like it was put together backwards. The neckline is always pushing against the front of my throat. I keep stretching the neck out, but it doesn’t do any good. I feel shoulder seams slide backwards and then it presses against my throat. It’s very annoying. I like the blue fabric, because it’s dark and thick and I feel covered, but the fit is just weird! I don’t have this problem with the pink and purple ones. The only other issue is these seem to get shorter every time I wash them. I wash in cold water and hang to dry. But they do draw up a bit and get shorter and shorter. I will probably wear them with leggings once the weather cools off a bit.

Finally able to find a night gown that is somewhat long AND made out of cotton!I am 5'11", currently 9 months pregnant and this gown reaches mid thigh and accomodates the belly without being snug or restrictive. There is still room for more belly while it is not shaped like a too-large of a tshirt. Rather it is well fitting in the shoulders and around the neck, and just long. I got the red and black and washed them on hot for the first te to see if the colors bleed. They don't!

These are ok. They are basically a really long Hanes t-shirt. The material is not soft but not scratchy either. Just basic t-shirt material. What I didn’t like was how long they were for me. I am 5’2” and they hung below my knees. Not a problem for some but I just don’t prefer sleep shirts that long. Other than that, they are fine.

I recently was recovering from 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my abdomen and I needed something that would not rub against the burned area. In addition, on hot summer days, I need very loose clothing as I am prone to getting cellulitis on my tummy (if I sweat and the clothing rubs against me). So what I needed was something very loose and comfortable. It is a little heavy for the 90 degree days - but will be nice from fall through spring and summer days that aren't too hot. It washes up nicely. It is such a great little around the house dress. You could wear it out, but I wouldn't.

Satisfied with everything I received

I’m a tough customer- but this night shirt is better than sliced bread! I love how thick the cotton is, and I hang it to dry so it’s crisp when I put it on. I have finally ended my quest to find the comfiest, true cotton, no-nonsense night shirt. Look no more- this is IT!

I can go inside and outside with this dress. I have confined my outside to the outside around my house at this point - it allows me to get to the Florida girl in me, with no shoes, jogging to the back and front with the two dogs.

Good for price. Hanes products are usually softer though. I am hoping it will soften with washes.To update....it has now been washed 8 times and is still rough! Not soft at all.

Liked them will be using them when I go into an operation as they are pure cotton and don’t itch.

This is 100% cotton. Very comfortable sleepwear. Not as soft as cotton-jersey (T-shirt style) and not stretchy. Very comfortable breathable fabric. I bought another one in an other colour. Nice and long enough to use as a house dress if you need to get out of bed quickly- you bum won't show even if you need to pick something up off the floor. Yet short enough for wriggly sleepers who toss and turn -like me.
