The Blue Max Airmen Volume 4: German Airmen Awarded the Pour le Mérite

I was curious about this series of new books on German airmen who received the order Pour le Merite. I have several other very good books on this subject and I did not expect what this series had to offer. I now have all 4 volumes released thus far and each new volume seems to be better than the one before. I have seen many photographs of the these subjects before, but never so many new ones before at one time. The text is outstanding offering a depth and breadth of information unlike most of what I have seen on the subjects. I look forward to the continuing volumes of the series.

Remarkable volume with excellent art work, outstanding photos, and well written text. A joy to read.

As with the earlier Volumes, 1-3, these are great for the historian and modeler alike.

A posséder absolument pour tout amateur de la première guerre aérienne de l'histoire.A noter que l'auteur compte couvrir tous les récipiendaires du Pour Le Mérite c'est à dire 81 aviateurs en tout...

Das ist das bereits vierte Buch aus der Reihe.Lance Bronnenkant hat wie bereits bei den drei Vorgängern eine tolle Arbeit abgeliefert.Viele unbekannten Fotos runden das ganze ab..Hervorragendes Buch das in keiner Sammlung fehlen sollte.

Das Buch reiht sich in die Bücher der Serie ein. Qualität und Informationsgehalt sind wieder richtig gut.Ich werde mir die restlichen Bücher wohl auch zulegen.
