Good quality product. Best for buying in powder form.

Starts working at 350mg for me. Immediately feels very sleepy after taking it.Taste bit bitter and not easily soluble in water (spoon needed to crush the lumps). No scoop provided.

The product might be OK, very silly on the part of manufacturer to recommend 500mg per serving and give no spoon/measure to check the quantity. Some people are on medication and excessive Tryptophan is detrimental for them. You can't expect your customer to have a weighing machine sensitive enough to measure 500mg. Your product might be good, but you need to think the packaging bundle through.

It does not dissolve in water or any liquid. It's very bitter and doesn't dissolve. That makes it really hard to consume. Couldn't find any solution.

When I open the parcel containing, I saw 20% of powder spilled out of sachet. A transparent tape was applied where the sachet was torn. Not only that sachet was small for the powder and hence the sachet was not properly sealed. As it was non returnable, hence I am writing this to inform amazon about the seriousness.
