Does it work for migraines

When my wife has a migraine she puts few drops on a q-tip and smears it on her temples and the nape of her neck and says the relief is almost instantaneous.  It will get rid of it entirely sometimes and for a few hours at other times.  She swears by it.  She also uses it on her back pain and finds relief.  She considers it expensive but worth every dime!  It just takes a couple of drops on a q-tip and smear it on so it lasts us quite awhile.  We still have 2/3 of our original bottle left.

A new bottle is security sealed with a 2-part plastic cap which breaks away from a plastic ring around its bottom as you unscrew it the first time.   When you unscrew the cap and remove it, that ring breaks away and stays on the bottle; and there is a plastic shaker dropper inserted into the bottle top. There is not another seal under the cap on top of the bottle.
