Bob Ross Master Paint Set

First time picking up a paint brush!This set was very easy to follow and I highly recommend it to anyone starting to paint.I did have to purchase a few canvases, some paint thinner, and had my own easel, but everything else needed comes in the box!

My husband wanted this for his birthday and it was a big hit! Great starter set that is good quality. He is producing beautiful paintings using this kit!

It looks great 👍 I have not painted with it yet but if they stayed true to the thick paint I will be extremely happy I will do a video using the bob ross set I ordered I can't wait it will be the first time my son will paint along with me so I can't wait

Waited for Christmas to open and was slightly disappointed to find the #2 Script liner brush missing. There's also an empty spot which makes it seem like you're missing something else. I checked the list which shows nothing for the empty spot but found the brush missing.

this is a gift for my granddaughter, she will love it!

This is in Pristine condition from brushes, to the paints, I forgot how well made BRI brushes were will be taking it for a scenery ride later today.

I actually did a painting (similar) to the one in this set. It does help to watch the Bob Ross shows on PSB, Netflix and/or Amazon Prime (a million times like I have - lol). The box set didn't have every color that was listed on the dvd, but in the book that is included it tells you how to mix the paints so you won't need the few that are not included. The first half of the dvd tells about how to paint with the brushes and paints and the second part is the actual instructions for this picture. I was surprised that it actually did work! Things I bought that weren't in the box: Turpenoid (Bob Ross brush cleaner); the bucket with the screen to clean the brushes; the rack to beat the brushes on and a waste can to fit the rack in (used trash can liner in that). I bought a cheap palette and plastic to put on the ground so I wouldn't get paint all over. I've already done my second painting. I bought a very cheap easel ($20) to use until I know if I will be doing lots of paintings, since a good easel is usually very expensive. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone who has watched Bob Ross many times and would like to paint like him. He's right - you really can do it!
