No it does not. You have to buy the Velcro pad attachment. They are about 15.00 bucks or less.

Q: What accessories come with this kit?

Well it doesn’t really have any “accessories” that come with it it’s just a polishing machine. It does come with a hard pad backing that you could stick a velcro style buffing pad on. It comes with the handle also that you have to install. That’s about it.
