Poor quality and design
What didnt I like well the fact that the black plastic that holds the ice in place until it has been crushed snapped and before you think why this the second one , I really cant understand why they would put steel blades and plastic retainer so when the blades put pressure on to the retainer with the steel blades poorly. Thought out design both lasted about 2 months and yes I only use small ice cubes if they put a steel ice retainer it would be a great crusher but as is now I wouldn't recommend it
