Bought a water and food dish for my pooch to make day trips easier. Carrying food and toys and water is a given. But his two bowls were too bulky and heavy. I bought 2 sizes of these bowls. I can nest and fold them. Together they can be shoved into my back pocket. Of course, they’re taller than my pocket and I wouldn’t call it comfy, but that’s my example regarding size and flexibility. We tried rubber bowls, but they were heavy and bulky. In fact, the rubber smell kept me from giving them to my dog at all. These seem to be a good silicon and were squishy enough for the dog to use as a pillow. I think they will serve us well.Update: My 5 year old dog has taken to dumping these in favor of carrying them to me. Dumping the water put a tear In his new squishy water bowl. Maybe these can work for us with training.

This bowl folds up so well, and takes up very little space. I use it for hiking in the mountains, where I am never on a smooth surface.. I pull this out, it automatically unfolds, and will NOT turn over - a big plus.. I have had 3 of these over the years.. Best design I know of.

Great little smooshy bowl for traveling with my dog to agility practice and trials. Packs anywhere easily because it's so flexible, and I like that it's tapered slightly at the top so that water in the bottom of the bowl doesn't slosh out in the car. My little dog has no spleen so we have to be very careful about infections, and this bowl being dishwasher safe is a big plus in that department.

I bought this for my 40 lb. hound when we go camping but it is too small and I decided to use it for other kitchen tasks.

Was looking for a squishy dish large enough for a human meal, which wouldn't burn the hand, and I wouldn't have to take expecially good care of to keep it in fine condition (e.g., I could let it bounce around in my trunk or get smashed in my backpack). This fits the bill, and I am content.

Going to use this for outdoors while we are camping for our "kids". Thought it would be bigger but will be fine.....

I use this bowl for coffee in the morning, then I make my lunch in it. If I forgot a water bottle I will use it for that as well. This is more stable than the round one I also have, but it also a little harder to drink out of.

good size for a dinner meal, and is very stable. Just not as easy to hold as the round bowls.
