This is d best industrial lock stitch ever,it’s so easy to assemble,although there is no instructions in it but i had to use YouTube to set it up,but it’s very easy.two to 3 screws where missing tho but i found some in the package I Substitute with.overall,the machine came in good condition.

Assembly is not to bad if you use step by step YouTube videos. The pictures they sent for assembly were to dark to even see( with all the money spent on these machines, they should be able to buy a better printer.) The motor seems a little slow even when turned up to full capacity. The 4 hex nuts for the peddle screws were NOT included, therefore I had to go to the hardware store and purchase them. False advertisement as follows: Instruction manual was NOT included, there were only 2 bobbins NOT the 5 that were listed, and there were only 3 needles NOT the 10 that were advertised.

I would have given this a 5 star but the assembly instruction that came with the product is "clear as mud". It's printed on a regular copy paper...stapled together. The picture is horrible...almost total black, can't distinguish what the picture look like. And verbiage, compose by a 3rd grader from china. Thank goodness that there is YouTube that gave more and better step-by-step video assembly instruction. Otherwise, the machine is working great, as expected. Another great thing about the product that we received...it's NOT made in china.

the only thing that i hated about it don't come with any instructions at all and I almost returned it but I looked at YouTube and did that's why I won't give it 5 or 4 because it should have come with it when you pay like 700 to 800 with warranty.

Bad Assembling Instructions.The Instructions to assemble this machine are very bad. I tried looking up for instruction on the company website but no luck. Don’t buy thing is to expensive and the manufacturer does not seem to care how the customer deals with assembling this product.
