 This product looks great when not installed. I love the color. The issue here is the finishing around the edges. It must be some sort of colored glue that they use to hold it together. And it’s overlapping onto the finished product. Anyone who would of quality controlled this item should NOT of passed it thru inspection. Hopefully someone will reach out and send me a replacement.“Update”Just received a replacement case for the original I purchased. I was very pleasantly surprised that the vendor got in touch with me after my initial review. He was very polite and addressed the situation promptly, I told him that i didn’t really want to have to pay for shipping to send back the original defective case. He offered a replacement and let me keep the original. I went with the red case this time since it looked darker and looks like it would hide any imperfections better. I do like almost everything about this cover, but (a) the cover makes you push all lightning connectors in VERY hard to get them to seat properly and (b) the cover causes a "click" every time I open or close my Macbook. So it fits pretty good, but needs a little tweeking by the manufacturer to make it fit perfectly. Regardless, I would recommend it as it's better than the last few covers I've purchased. ( If it holds up nicely after a year, I would probably increase my 4-star rating!)

This is a stunning cover. I just received it today and I placed it on my computer. Within minutes of typing on my computer, I noticed my wrists were hurting. The cover is held onto my computer by some tabs that come up over the surface of my laptop where my wrists rest when I type. The clips dig into and rub my skin...I have to send this back or pass along to my husband, maybe he won't be bothered by it, but it isn't going to work for me. Ouch!

You can't go wrong with this cover. I love the texture and the design overall. Tired of getting my macbook getting scratched I decided to try this cover and so far it's been a great purchase.

Product came as described, no damages by the looks of package and product itself as it was double wrapped. However when I was putting it on my computer, everything on top and bottom pieces were clicking/snapping into place just fine until I got to the top or picture part. On this part the top by camera and bottom by hinge snapped right into place, but the 2 sides did not. You can see where they have little lips that are supposed to snap over edge like the rest but something must just be a tad off as they will not snap in or stay. This means if pull on sides in middle then you can pull the cover away from computer some, however the top and bottom piece seem to hold it on there fairly well. I guess we shall see how long just the 2 sides will hold this together?****UPDATE****I was very pleased that the company took the time to reach out to me for my concerns, asking how they could help! They have resolved the issue in a quick and timely manner, which shows they have great customer satisfaction side. I will for sure buy from them again!

The texture and the color is excellent. My MacBook Air feels more substantial in this case. But the best thing by far is the fact that the ports are totally accessible. I had to struggle with my old case to get the audio, USB and power plugs inserted.

The cover is strong and easy to install. I have taken some pictures to show what mine looks like and how it attaches. It has edges that clip on the side of my laptop. I feel this will last me a long time and protect my investment. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.

I just got it today and I like how it looks and how it feelsmy only downside is it made the MacBook noticeably heavier, didn't expect it to be this heavybut it looks good and the material feels pretty good
