Overall I was satisfied with this product, I’ll break my rating down into a few categories:Effectiveness - 4.5/5: The stuff flat out works, you will notice growth with less post workout soreness, I mix it with my protein post workout and have definitely noticed a differenceTaste - 0/5: Do not I repeat DO NOT drink this straight, first time I took the stuff I thought the flavor bottle was a waste and drank It straight with about 8 fl. Oz. Of water. I threw up, which given the price was like a $3 yak, mix the flavor bottle or something else.Value: 2/5 - like most supplements, they overdo it on the serving size, the bag tells you to take it like six times a day and two scoops each time (I don’t have the label in front of me but it’s wildly excessive), I’ve found 1-2 scoops immediately post workout does the job and makes a bag last a month or soAnother side note on this stuff, my muscles love it, but every other part of my body does not! It makes me nauseous for about ten minutes after I drink it (worth it for the gains) and sometimes causes room clearing gas. For those of you who find that trade off unappealing, save your money, also to avoid the gas make sure you mix in some food shortly after taking itBottom line, 3/5 stars

What I enjoy most about this product is that they provide the flavor bottle separately. This is perfect for me, because I don't want the flavor/sucralose (I just knock-it-back plain and fast, like a shot of whiskey. I don't care how it tastes; it's not in my mouth long enough to matter). I blend it in a bottle before I leave the house, then take it with me to the gym. As soon as I'm done with my workout, I drink it. So far, I feel like it's helping me recover better between workouts. It seems strangely expensive, but on the other hand, this big bag will probably last me a long time, so maybe it's a fair deal. Recommended!

I've been using Mag-10 post workout for most of this year now, and can absolutely say my recovery and gains have improved. This is another great BIOTEST product, and I would highly recommend it. This is really a 5 star product, even with the cost...The only issue I have is that you definitely do not get 26 servings per container. I pre-measure my Mag-10 into ziplock baggies as soon as it arrives, that way I can just grab a bag and go to the gym. I put two level scoops in each bag. This is the third time I have ordered Mag-10. The first time I got 23 servings, last time I got 24, and today I got 22 servings. I understand there's some settling, but not 4 servings worth.BIOTEST either needs to 1) Add more product per container, 2) Provide a smaller scoop or 3) Change the label from ~26 servings to 26 servings +/- 4. I definitely felt shorted on this order. Maybe next time I'll get lucky and get 30 servings out of it...

Quite a few reviews state they didn't like this product because of taste, ease of mixing,having to use the separate flavoring, etc. I'll admit, I felt the same way at first but after seeing and feeling the results from this product, it's all worth it and I don't mind at all anymore. And if you add enough of the flavoring, there's no way this tastes bad.Recovery times are so much faster and my strength had increased noticeably thru use of Mag-10 and Biotest Plazma. Neither products are cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you simply want something that tastes good, there are hundreds of products out there that taste great and are full of fillers and won't give you results. If you want one of the best protein/recovery products available, this is the one. I'm amazed at how my strength and recovery have improved after only a few months of using Mag-10 and Plazma.

So you put the powder in the water and shake it in your shaker bottle. It will forth, but not only will it froth, it will be super pressurized. You try to open it within an hour or two and prepare for the foam to come flying out everywhere. What I ended up doing is putting it in the fridge overnight to have the foam go down, but even then, you're still having about two inches of actual liquid and the rest is foam. You can carefully open it (it's still pressurized and will always make a mess), add the flavoring (no idea why they wouldn't just include the flavor in the powder but add this ridiculous step), and carefully shake it again (keep in mind you've yet to ingest this protein in about 12 hours with lots of time spent on it).Then you drink it and have about half of the protein still in its foam state, losing a lot of what you're supposed be ingesting. And at the end, in a few hours, you'll get the runs.I won't mention the price. I'd pay for it if it wasn't a whole lot of work, but you can you can get something simple to mix instead.

This product was recommended by my best friend among many that already exists as the best for a good recovery and there is no doubt in the creation of muscle mass I have felt the immediate effect I am content with BIOTEST and its products and I will continue to explore it

Best supplement I’ve ever used! Love it! It’s a little tough to mix and the first time I ran out of the flavoring. Easy fix- just use water flavoring you can get at the market.

Been taking this for 2 weeks...Took me 3 months to go from 1 pullup to 2.... I can do 2.5 proper pull-ups...but the other day did 3 sets of 5 and 2 sets of 4 real pull-ups. Yes,"shocking" like they said... I believe casien causes cancer..but this stuff really works.
