IittalaKastehelmi Dew Drop Round Clear Glass Plate, 9-3/4-Inch Diameter

Bought this to replace a plate I recently broke and while it is still beautiful, the quality is definitely different from the the ones made a long time ago. Still like it but not happy it is not the same!

These plates are simply elegant! Love them so much!!

These bowls arrived well packed in shipment number two; the first shipment wasn't packed well and they arrived broken.The bowls are brighter than what is pictured. More of an "Apple Green" color. The green pictured on Amazon looks almost like an old fashioned green glass which is nice, but the actual set looks even better!PROS:Dishwasher SafeIdeal Size for dessert or side of fruit (looks lovely with honeydew and strawberries in it!)Sturdy and attractive - a high quality item.Adds a fun splash of color and style to the table setting without being overpowering.CONS:Not Microwave SafeDoesn't Stack Well (use caution if stacking, or seperate with a paper towel to protect the "dew drops")There are 3 glass seams per bowl and they are fairly easy to see, but not as obvious when the dishes are filled.Overall I recommend these dishes. They are stylish and attractive, yet a classic design that will always have a place on the table; I'm happy I splurged on them.

Plate is beutiful and just the right size for serving

K, I'll admit it, I love most things Finnish. This is no exception. Simple enough to not distract from whats on the plate, yet interesting enough to be distinctive. Very roomy, but if I don't fill it, it doesn't look empty.

Cookies and cake platters

great pattern from Iittala. This plate is great for putting out cookies or a veggie platter. Has a tall lip. If you're looking for a flat plate to put cakes and stuff on, try their 12" diameter.
