Although this backpack is NOT cheap, it is worth the investment so far. Great amount of compartments that fit our daughter's things perfectly. There is space for everything she needs...so many great options to get organized with this backpack and have everything have its place. It looks to be very well made, straps are comfortable, and we hope she'll have it for at least a few years. We're even able to fit a bento lunch box in one of the front pockets, which is super convenient as she hates school lunches and nothing gets squished in the bento box.

This is a great backpack but I'm a little picky. I vend music and community events, and i know what I want how I want things to fit, and it just didn't work for what I needed it for. I needed a large compartment where I could stack pencil cases then a smaller compartment that has 2 zippers because I carry 2 tube's that stick out. A decent front pocket. I just couldn't make this work for what I needed it for. I kept it because it will be a good overnight bag or something. I have a jansport Trans and it's the absolute perfect design they just don't make it any more. Was trying to find one similar.

I purchased this backpack like 2 years ago in light blue color, and I got all stained, which was regular wear and tear. It held some 30-35 pounds faithfully all year. Then I bought a black one so that i wouldn’t Have a nasty stained one, and after the first 2 days of carrying easily 2/3 of the weight of the previous bag, the strap ripped. I got a refund for a defective product, and they want me a new one. It works great, lots of pockets, holds lotsa weight, great high school backpack.Update, after two years, this queen is still going strong, my only complaint is zippers get stuck way too easily in the zipper lining/cover. Other than that amazing still!
