The Christmas Tree is made of clear plastic on sets on a white plastic stand. Even when the Tree is not switched on to display the color changing light it still looks great as a part of your Christmas Decorations. My cat Bo Jangles was all in my business while I was trying to take pictures and as you can see he is a big ham. Please remember only the small Christmas Trees are for sale. Not my awesome cat! Each little tree is 6" tall and just a little over 2" round and they do have an On/Off switch on the bottom of the base. The light inside the clear plastic tree changes automatically and goes through FOUR very neat full color changes. The Lighted Christmas Tree changes to Yellow, Green, Red and Blue. It really is fun to watch as the color changes are smooth metamorphosis from one color to the next.
