I love using it with dimond stones
I love using them on my dimond stones for a R.C free hand sharpening method.. Good smooth lubrication without being so oily and it will prevent rust.. 👍🏼👍🏼

They fixed the leaking problem.
I gave them 4 stars because they fixed the leaking problem by inserting a tight fitting plug into the neck of the bottle & then screwed a solid fitting cap onto that. But they included a separate cap that actually is a flip cap like on a shampoo bottle. It appears to me to have a large hole in it that would allow more fluid than you would actually need to be applied to your stones. I solved that issue by pouring an amount of the fluid into a separate squeeze bottle that has a needle applicator type tip that screws onto the bottle & fits tightly & has its own little cap to cover the business end of the applicator tip when not being used. I got two different sets of these bottles with one having only 2 different gauge size tips but were @ 1&1/2 inches long. The other had 4 or 5 different gauge size tips but all were only @ 3/4 inch long. Both sets had multiple bottles WITH funnels. So, TREND solved the leak problem, I solved the excess pouring problem. Oh, the box it came in was a little beat up but it got tossed anyway. What is most important is that it doesn't leak any more. I suppose another option would be to make a very small hole in the plug and use the original bottle as a squeeze bottle. Just don't squeeze too hard & dump all of you fluid. That would be No Bueno.

expensive, but great lapping fluid
I have a number of diamond sharpening stones, and I used to just sharpen dry, but always had issues with metal dust building up on the plates when sharpening.I now use this lapping fluid for all my sharpening and flattening needs - kitchen knives, hand plane blades, chisels, as well as flatting the soles and sides of smaller hand planes.A little bit goes a long way, just a couple drops is typically all that is needed for sharpening. I also always wipe off the slag when I'm done so that it doesn't dry and clog on the diamond stones. The fluid is definitely expensive though, and honestly not the greatest value, but it does work, and works well. As long as you are careful not to waste it, even the small bottle will last a long while, depending on your sharpening needs.

Great product. Horrible container and applicator
First off the BAD. Rec bottle with loose cap and roughly 1/8 of product had leaked out. The provided cap/applicator allows product to leak out uncontrollably when you only need a small amount. Product also smells heavily of Petroleum. Now for the GREAT. I purchased this product to help protect my diamomd sharpening stones from rust/corrosion. It does this and then some. Previously I would use krud cutter or just water and dish soap as a cleaner/lubricant which from what I could tell worked but caused discoloration. Now that I've used Trend I now know what my diamomd stones really can do. My diamond stones cut MUCH faster, more consistently and they look NEW when iam done. I even used on older existing diamomd stones and Trend brought them back to almost new. Even improved their cutting ability. I will NEVER use anything else on diamomd stones but STRONGLY rec swapping out the container for something more consistent and distributes product more precisely. Will purchase again in hopes I rec a full bottle next time.

Great value
If you use this stuff buy this huge bottle if you have the room to store it. This giant bottle is only a little more expensive than ones half the size or smaller. I use this on my diamond stones. Yes, you can probably just use water or mix your own lapping fluid, but if do buy this stuff like I do, be sure to buy the big bottle. It's a great value
