2026 Acadia
On 2016 Acadia you have to remove the rubber weather strip that has push pins. The bug deflector does not come with adhesive tape. I don't get the self taping screws! I am not drilling holes in my metal hood.I had some 3M adhesive tape installed on the edge of the deflector. Then re-installed the rubber weather seal with new push pins bought at the auto store. The instructions say to use the tiny screws in the holesthat the weather seal is attached to. What a joke..The holes are way to big for the tiny little screws.

This bug shield went on very easily on my 2014 GMC Acadia. When I checked the fit before opening the instructions and mounting hardware, I was afraid I was going to have to drill mounting holes. When I opened the instructions, there was a warning that this bug shield could only be installed on a hood that had a rubber seal under the hood. The instructions said to remove the 2 outer plastic retainers from both sides of the hood seal which then provided the holes in the hood for mounting. The predrilled holes in the bug shield matched perfectly. I haven't driven enough to determine if it will deflect bugs from the windshield.

Bought off Amazon Warehouse. It was a return. Didnt have the mounting hardware in the box. No biggie.The AVS emblem had blown off while driving, so watch out for this issue.Fits 2013 Acadia

The manufacture Needs to find a better supplier with a higher quality adhesive
The adhesive that was supplied with the plastic deflectors did not hold very good and I lost one of them traveling down the highway

Looks nice but didn’t fit properly so my husband had to cut a piece of it off to make it fit

Fits 2014 Acadia perfectly.
Fits a 2014 Acadia perfectly. You gotta remove the front rubber seal under the hood but it really doesn't matter cause the bug guard takes its place. 10 min install easy peasy.
