Is this a quiet hair dryer or less loud than others. Does it have a high pitch whine?

Does this blow gentler than the infiniti pro performance orange model? i'm looking for that. my old red one w/on-off ionizer was gentler.

How big around is the end where the air comes out?

Does the cord get all twisted? on my old dryer I would have to hold the plug and the dryer would unspin, (I could never figure out how it happened)
