Worthless product, does not heat at all, pure waste of money and time… Nail on the coffin is No Return policy!

The pad doesn't heat up. It seems the sender hasn't checked it before dispatch. I wish I could return it.

It's the smaller model not 4060 , please read the specifications before buying

As many Users on Amazon I was looking for a replacement for my ancient heating pad. The old one also had that „plastic pad“ inside with a nice removable cover and got proper hot. Most of the ones you can find come washable (wtf?! It’s an electronic item!), very thick and fluffy and don’t get even warm. The fluffiness even takes away that bit of warmth. This one however is lovely! I need a heating pad I can lie on because of lower back pain and this one does the trick. Gets hot quickly, is easily controllable and I don’t have to worry about falling asleep because of the inbuilt switch off. Took me a long while to find this one but am so glad I did. The „plasticy inside“ is not noticeable once it is switched on as it gets soft again, so no comfort issue here. I love mine!

Pas pratique: intérieur plastique glisse, se replie et c'est difficile de lui redonner une forme.....chaleur mal répartie; chauffe trop fort au niveau de la prise....sinon chauffe bien à partir du 3 mais ressemble à une masse informe au bout de peu de temps....Déception pour un prix élevé

the heating pad came with a well-made removable fabric sleeve. heat transmitted well, aided in the recovery of an shoulder injury. overall am satisfied with the product.
