Charlie CrowFox Costume for kids one size 3-8 Years.

There was loads of crying at home when this came. The costume size up to 8 years old but was too small for my son who is a tall 5 years old (he measures 123 cm and usually wears 6-7 years). The costume velcro closes around the neck but once hood was on his head it wouldn’t. The costume is soft and fluffy, doesn’t look like it would shed and the colour is spot on. The ears sit perfectly and the tails sewed on. My son was heartbroken. He was so happy when the costume arrived and eager to wear it unfortunately there’s no bigger size available on Amazon.

This is definitely on the small side - my son has recently turned 6yo (slim build but a little taller than average) and he just about squeezes into this and it is tight. The description I think should be aged 3-6 (not 3-9 as advertised), and then I would have known not to buy it. Also, the material is very hard and scratchy on the inside with very prominent seams - granny having to add a liner to increase chances of him wearing it as he is sensitive about scratchy materials. It is basic, small and not finished brilliantly but it will hopefully do the job for his school play.

Simple design that is well made and great value! My little boy won first prize as Fantastic Mr Fox on Roald Dahl Day with this costume and a borrowed blazer. However, I do think it is on the large side!

Had to buy this for my sons book day at school.Quality is very itchy and scratchy, he will be moaning after wearing it for a while.When he put it on, my son exclaimed 'I look like a donkey'! I knew what he meant.The head is flimsy and not big enough to cover his head, so it looks cheap. The ears do not stand up on their own.....and where is the tail????Complete mis-advertising (is that a word?).....There isn't a tail like the one shown on the packing, photo etc...its a tiny piece of same material about six inches long!!! So now I'm on the hunt for a tail, sigh!If I had more time it would have been returned. Yet another case of extortionate prices for stressed out,time limited mums.
