I actually use these for drying my air dried sculptures on. However I bake a lot too and these are great for that purpose too. Seem sturdy and easy enough to wipe over.Good price too.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this pack of 4 for two uses.Firstly to help dry my air dry clay pieces on which need turning and drying on all sides.Secondly I bake quite a few cakes and biscuits so getting 4 of these suited both purposes!Good quality, sturdy, and slightly raised.Would definitely recommend for the price/quality.

absolutely great Baking Racks for drying the fruit like bananas , strawberry and pears ! I keep on making dry fruits because with I have these Baking Racks !

Good value for money. Would have been a 5 star if one hadn't have arrived damaged but needed them in a hurry and no time to return.

excellent cooling rack well made

Bought for three purposes: 1, to use in my fridge to make it easier to stack cans and bottles on top of each other; 2, to use in the oven as a roasting rack; and 3, as part of a frame for an SoC cluster. These are suitable for all 3 purposes. Well made. Sturdy. Nice colour.

Low feet for cooling, but work great and I'm happy after long time use and easy clean with paper towel and then hot water, never detergent or washing up liquid.

In hindsight, I have no idea why I purchased 4 cooling racks. The most a standard home needs are 2 (unless you bake big batches) so majority of them sit in the cupboard not being used. I must have been on the baking hype when I was purchasing all the kitchen goods I needed for my new house.I like that they're black as they go with my kitchen colour scheme, however, the racks are not straight - they slightly bend on the sides which has led to my cakes that were cooling to slide around if they're not in the right position. They are really easy to clean and I imagine these are dishwasher safe, but I just wipe them down and leave to dry.I'd only recommend these if you bake an awful lot and don't mind that they're not straight, otherwise, I'd recommend getting a different one or a set of two.

I make chicken wings quite often. I don’t deep fry but bake in oven. I tried a new technique with these one day after getting them. Some reviews complain about sticking. I did 4 1/2 lbs chicken wings. Zero sticking. I covered an old cookie sheet with foil. Placed rack on top. Lightly greased with a paper towel with canola oil. I parboil my chicken wings in salted water. 7 minutes. Pour in colander and pat dry. Then in large bowl, add three tablespoons canola oil to wings. Stir to coat wings. Then I sprinkle two tablespoons baking powder and thee tablespoons of Emeril’s Creole seasoning. Check on Google for recipe. I make a batch and put in labelled jar. Mix it all thoroughly. Preheat oven to 375 F. Some like it at 425 F for even crispier wings. Using tongs, lay out the wings on rack. Then put in preheated oven for 45 minutes. I did not turn this batch over. My kids like dry wings but I make my own hot sauce for anyone that likes that. These wings are all gone in no time. Note: none stuck to the rack because it was prepared properly and that is the Maillard Reaction at work. I wish I had bought these racks sooner. Photos 1 is parboiled with seasoning. Photo 2 is baked for 45 minutes. Photo 3 is wings removed from rack. Nothing stuck to grids. Will wash easily. On second photo, some wings removed so I could taste them when removed from oven. The Chef has privileges. My durability assessment is based solely on construction closely inspected. Time will determine this rating accurately. I do take good care of everything so I expect no concerns here for me. Good value and useful for me. I used to make batches of 300 chocolate chip cookies and could have used these racks then.

Très bon produit ces grilles de refroidissement son parfaite je les utilise pour le fumoir mais peut aussi servire pour refroidir vos cuison type gâteau comme le séchage des fromage etc.. je recommence

Ich muss hier anmerken, dass ich diese Gitter völlig zweckentfremdet habe.Ich habe mir nämlich einen kleinen Kaminofen eingebaut und weil ich ein Kleinkind habe auch ordentlich umgittert mit speziellen Kinderschutzgittern. Diese habe ich auch an der Wand und auf dem Boden verschraubt. Da jedoch immer noch Kinderhände durch die Gitterstäbe hätten fassen können, habe ich hier speziell nach einem passenden Gitter gesucht. Im Baumarkt bin ich mit meinen Ansprüchen daran allerdings nicht fündig geworden. Es sollte ja keine scharfen Kanten und Ecken haben, auch stabil genug sein und vor allem recht engmaschig sein, so dass man nicht durchfassen kann, aber auch genügend Warmluft hindurch strömen kann. Ich habe 6 Gitter gebraucht um diese an den 3 Seiten zu befestigen. Jetzt kann er nicht mehr hindurchgreifen und auch nicht darüber.Bin sehr zufrieden diese gefunden zu haben, völlig unerwartet in der Küchenabteilung.Also die Gitter sind verchromt, sehr stabil, keine überstehenden Kanten oder Grate. Sie widerstehen auch der Hitze des Ofens, der sehr dicht dran steht, im Abstand von 12 cm.Preisleistungsverhältnis find ich auch top.
