Surprisingly enjoyable.
A good choice for a fast, filling meal. No seasoning added, all natural ingredients. Mix with ramen, beef, or chicken, or whatever else you'd like. A little soup mix will go far, so measure carefully.

Great Veggies for the Rice Cooker
Good stuff!! I made chicken and rice with a helping of these vegetables and it was excellent! I only used a half cup serving but next time it will be a lot more in the pot. The bag could use a zip close so I'm moving the veggies into ziplock bags for the time. Thanks.

Best Vegetable Soup mix to date
It is impossible to tell what a soup mix tastes like from a picture or ingredients label so I took a chance and was very pleased at the taste and texture. IMO the best mix I have had to date. Think its my first time for having a mix with dehydrated sweet potatoes and they are a nice addition. Two things that stood out for me was:1. The rehydrated texture after using water boiled in a coffee pot. Often the veggies are a little tough if not boiled enough, however these got soft quickly when added to my ramen noodle soup.2. Usually, the vegetables don't taste anything close to fresh. Especially the carrots taste and texture is noticeably 'real' for lack of a better description.I like the taste of the veggies mix so much I started adding double that of other mixes. Strange but true.No salt in the mix so if your a vegetarian like me who throws those dead animal fat seasoning packets away you may want to add salt, or I use half an herb-ox vegetable bouillon cube or equivalent. Great combination of veggies. Always keep this on stock.I vacuum seal this 2 pound package in a few other increments and keep a mason jar filled to use out of my pantry. Great quality..
