Great once you figure out the instructions.
Works awesomely!! They could do a way better job at the instruction manual and save them selves a lot of customer support hours. Using it was easy and works great. Exporting to my computer was the only issue.The customer service was very vague on the solution but i figured it out. You have to open Excel, hover your mouse pointer over the first (A1) cell, then hit "wireless export" from your scanner device... Loads right into your spread sheet. Actually pretty nice how it works !!

Doesn't work with long Fedex barcode but have a great customer service
The cheap $25 barcode scanner works, but this one doesn't work. Only work with short barcode. Don't buy this barcode if you need scan Fedex bar code.UpdatedThe customer service is great, they do a great job on my case, so I update to 4 star.Updated 2:The seller help me customized the firmware for my applications. This experience is out of my imagination. I will give him 10 stars if possible.

Not compatible with all software - Java
I am using java 8 to develop desktop application, the scanner is giving me wrong data while it gives correct data using other tools like Notepad and Excel.As I see, It’s not compatible with Java application. Complete waste of time and money. Another cheap China POS.
Item does not function correctly out of box. Received on time, connected to computer and charged fully. Menu settings do not work, cannot access any functions pertaining to barcode, system, or any other relevant settings just loops you back to main menu. Scans correctly 1 out of every 4 scans with adjusting angle multiple times. Every time you squeeze the trigger the screen dims, device constantly crashes and reboots after a random scan. Tried scanning barcode of box came shipped in, crashed 3 times.

Does the job
The media could not be loaded. Very well designed barcode scanner. I needed once which supports PDF417 barcodes and have storage/export functions. This one does the job just fine. Setup was easy and painless. Instructions manual has all the necessary information. it seems to be durable, too. I dropped it once from the height if 1 meter and it didn't crack or anything.

Works great right out of the box!
This scanner is very easy to use. Setup was very fast and everything just worked which is very nice for a beginner like myself.

Great for Inventory
We purchased this to use in our warehouse. Our warehouse manager thinks it is awesome and works very well. I contacted customer support with a question and they answered promptly.

Scanner appears to be easy to set up and use, should work well for my application
I am just in the set up process at this time. Based on the instructions I think this will be well suited for tracking the inventory we hold on site here.
