Machine is very good and service is also very good from sellar after 2 years I got some problem with machine and it is solved by sellar to send technician at home .

I am writing this after one year of use . No doubt that it has great functionality. Indeed it’s a quiet machine it doesn’t make much noise. The package was great. I was initially facing issue with stitches that it made … my machine kept skipping stitches for six months, and I tried all the possible things to rectify it, but it did not work. Also, I followed the instruction in the manual so then I tried changing the plastic foot that came with the machine into a steel foot and then it just worked fine and there were no skipped stitches . I tried contacting the support they didn’t respond

It gives shock feeling. But otherwise good. Service reply is prompt.

Everything in this machine is so well crafted. For first time in my life I found. A versatileMachine that delivers exactly what it promises and much more than that if one is good in sewing skills.Go for it if you are apparel designer or decorator.Touch buttons are feather touch literally. Even though very light it’s very sturdy also for a domestic use machine.

I purchased with the intent to teach children to sieve but stability issues like needle always gets messed with cloth and requires dismantling the base, so poor on its main usability functions for the high price !
